Finance and Office Administrator

Salary to: £15,000 - £21,000 (DOE)

Role Summary

This is a trusted position within RAD Software where there is significant scope for personal and career development. Applicants should have excellent customer oriented skills and enjoy a broad understanding of finance and financial processes.

Principle Role Responsibilities:

Manage Purchase / Sales / Cashbook ledger transactions
Manage and maintain customer warranties
Meet and greet visitors and ensure the quality of their visit
Communicating with customers by phone and email
Manage staff calendar and bookings
Arrange UK and International travel for staff
Working as part of a team to deliver a customer-centric pro-active service

Desirable Technology Skills: 

Ability to use Finance and Database related IT applications
Knowledge of Microsoft applications
Ability to record and document customer communications
Previous experience using a CRM and Finance system
A qualification in a computing related discipline would be advantageous

Essential attributes: 

Strong customer service and communication skills by phone and email 
Good all round IT technical ability
Excellent Problem solving and analytical skills
Solid interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal
Resourceful and flexible team player

This position may require travel to and from our customer sites.
