RAD Solutions: STOCK RELOCATION (RLOC)
Stock Relocation (RLOC) is a Radio Inventory Bridge (RIB) module for EFACS ERP which allows instant real-time movement of Traceable, Fixed and Multi location stocked products from one warehouse location to another within EFACS.
The standard template allows capture and validation of:
- Part Number to be relocated
- Quantity to be relocated
- Source Warehouse
- Destination Location
- Destination Warehouse
- Destination Location
- EFACS Batch number (for traceable product)
- Stock Movement Reference
Further efficiencies can be gained in this process with the use of template management provided by EFACS RIB Administration. A user defined template could be created, for example, to manage processes where repetitive stock movements occur on a daily basis between the same warehouse locations, the template would be configured with the source and destination warehouse locations are already completed for the user. As such, the EFACS user would simply be prompted for part, quantity, batch and reference.
