Since 1997, RAD Software have completed hundreds of successful EFACS ERP system implementations and upgrades all across the United Kingdom, optimizing our clients’ abilities to create substantial shareholder value and achieve the very highest levels of performance.
Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of working with a broad spectrum of clients across a diverse range of industries in Scotland, the wider UK and beyond. In particular, our experience in the manufacturing and distribution sector has given us a wealth of knowledge and an invaluable insight into many of the specific practices, regulatory requirements and required integrations of the organisations that have operated for years in those industries.

How we work
We pride ourselves on being able to deliver the very best implementation services for new technology solutions and major system upgrades. In aid of this, we adopt a planned and uniquely structured implementation plan that allows us to track milestones and measure performance at every step of a project from start to end. Whilst there are subtle differences in all projects, here are some of the more common elements of a typical implementation project:

Throughout the entire duration of the implementation process, the original reason for purchasing an enterprise resource planning system or upgrade remains fundamental to the success of the project as a whole. In order to protect the integrity of our highly regarded service standards and reputation, we only recruit implementation staff who have all of the necessary skills, accreditations, and most importantly, the previous implementation experience that will allow them to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients.
Accreditation
RAD’s system implementation approach has ISO9001:2000 accreditation and all of our consultants operate under the principles of the PRINCE2® project management methodology. PRINCE2® is an industry recognised project management method. It covers the management, control and organisation of a project. Our methodology ensures that all aspects of the projects we work on are comprehensively evaluated, documented, executed, reviewed and developed against the specific business needs and resources of each individual customer.
Customer Partnerships
All of our customers are reference-able. RAD has a proven track record of developing strategic relationships and working in close partnership with customers. For clients who already have their own IT departments, we offer an expert resource for training and advanced consulting work. In other cases, RAD offer the services of a fully outsourced IT department for those companies which have not had the means to develop an IT competence internally.
