RADRIB
Like all good partnerships, our relationships with our customers are always open, honest and interactive. Such a two-way flow of ideas led to the creation of RAD’s proprietary Radio Inventory Bridge [RADRIB]. This increasingly important module extends the EFACS functionality into the stock control and dispatch environment through a wireless network, linking associated Microsoft Pocket PC devices.

While our customers expect and receive a professionally managed and implemented ERP system, they also gain access to our knowledge base, built up over many years of working across all types of manufacturing companies. Consequently, in many cases, RAD takes on a broader IT support role for these same customers, a role that we manage through our Technical Facilities Management Contract and this is currently offered exclusively to our ERP customers.
The contract can range from general advice, supplementing internal resources, through to an interim management solution or fully outsourced IT support.
As well as being a Microsoft Certified Partner, RAD’s experience across the manufacturing and assembly sectors means that we can bring in a wide range of technical and business partners where appropriate.
