AJ, RAD's Managing Director, is an engineer at heart who has over 15 years experience in ERP development and consultancy. A Microsoft Certified Professional, AJ co-founded RAD in 1997 where he leads on business strategy and delivery. AJ's hands-on experience is greatly appreciated by RAD's customer base where his ability to spot opportunities for increased efficiency and cost-savings are unparalleled. AJ's competitive nature can be seen coming to the fore at the RAD Annual Fun Day, where his karting prowess knows no boundaries.
Andrew McAllister, Sales and Marketing Director
Co-founder of RAD, Andrew's fine honed listening skills and problem solving abilities make him a welcome professional in the manufacturing world. A trained mining and petroleum engineer, Andrew is responsible for Sales and Marketing at RAD.
